• Orders received by 2PM EST/EDT will be processed within 24 Hours
• Orders received after 4PM EST/EDT will be processed within 24-48 Hours
• Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday

Once an order is processed, you can expect a call from your dealer to setup a delivery date and time. Grills and Electric Fireplaces will be delivered in a box unassembled to your driveway unless paid for additional services such as “Assemble and Deliver” (available for gas cart grills only).

Items purchased on Napoleon.com or through Napoleon Customer Experience that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by Napoleon, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. Shipping charges for delivery and returns are non-refundable for orders.

Your order is assigned to an authorized Napoleon dealer and they are notified electronically. Using on-hand inventory, the selected dealer will prepare your order for in-store pickup. The grill or electric fireplace will be brand new in a box, unassembled. It is best to call or email your selected dealer should you have any questions about your order.
