Employee Bonuses and Perks
Bonuses are just the beginning! As each Associate at Napoleon contributes daily to the overall goals, as a reward Napoleon offers all eligible Associates a paid bonus for collaborative involvement.
Production Sharing Bonus
A production-sharing bonus is determined based on a fixed contribution rate (algorithm) for every unit in all three (3) product categories produced. This bonus is paid semi-annually in June and December.

Are you considering personal and/or professional growth? Here at Napoleon, we encourage our Associates for further education and/or training on a personal or professional level. Where will your next Company and/or career take you?
Here at Napoleon, we recognize that there are fees associated with professional designations. The company will reimburse Associates for approved professional association fees and/or dues to maintain professional status.
Training and Tuition Reimbursement
At Napoleon, we encourage our Associates to further their knowledge through training related to their current position or with the aspiration related to a future position. Napoleon maintains a commitment to educational training, all to enhance your employment experience and to assist each Associate in reaching their professional goals. Our Training and Tuition Reimbursement Program provides a refund of 100% of the cost of the tuition of the program, up to a maximum of $1,000, per calendar year.
Personal Development Plan - PATH
Napoleon would like to see a personal growth plan for all Associates. PATH guides each Associate to understand where they can develop within Napoleon and what opportunities can/will be available. Here at Napoleon, our operational foundation is focused on continual conversation, growth, development and personal and business values.
Social Committee / Events
Are you a company advocate, a voice for all or have you ever been called a social butterfly? Well, we have the committee for you! Napoleon is known for our social experiences that we offer for Associates and family members.
This committee is comprised of voluntary Associate members that collectively drum up new and exciting ideas for social and event participation. With a generous contribution of $2.00 per pay from each Associate, funds collected are used to subsidize some of our annual activities as well, the remaining proceeds are included in a monthly cash draw.

Are you a Napoleon consumer? Do you enjoy saving substantial discounts for a world-class quality product? When you are an Associate of Napoleon there are several ways to become a consumer and/or purchase product at a fraction of cost.

Length of Service Awards
In recognition of Length of Service (LOS), Associates are awarded a gift of their choice for each five year (5) interval of their employment. In addition, each recipient of this award is also invited to Service Award Breakfast attended by the President/Ownership.
Associate Recognition Program – ARP – Caught in the Act of Excellence
This program is designed for leaders and/or peers to recognize and reward performance and actions of Associates outside the scope of their regular duties.
