BBQ Peameal Bacon on a Bun Recipe

Like INSANELY easy. This weeknight meal will be on the table in mere minutes, but the delicious flavors and memories that go with it will last a lifetime. BBQ Peameal Bacon on a Bun Recipe

BBQ Sauce

2 tbsp.

buns, use your favorite

4 slices

cheddar cheese

Lettuce

Mayonnaise

Préparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high, place a cast iron frying pan onto the cooking grids to heat with the grill. 
  2. Slice and butter the buns. 
  3. Place the peameal bacon onto the cooking grids and cook for about one minute before flipping. Brush the cooked side with a light coating of BBQ sauce. Flip again and repeat until the bacon is cooked and caramelized nicely. 
  4. While the peameal is cooking, place the buns cut side down and allow them to fry in the cast iron frying pan until lightly toasted. 
  5. Assemble these peameal bacon sandwiches with a couple of slices of cheese, some lettuce, and a little more barbecue sauce, or mayo and serve.
