Operations (Manufacturing / Quality)
Napoleon's Manufacturing Operations team, comprising Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Production Associates, takes responsibility for all activities directly involved in North American product production. The Quality team is instrumental in implementing Napoleon's quality plan and promoting a customer-focused global organization. Quality Technicians guarantee that customers receive only the highest quality products.
Doug Wilcox • VP of Supply Chain Management
Supply Chain / Purchasing / Planning / Inventory / Transportation / Customer Solutions / Dealer Experience
The Supply Chain team oversees procurement, planning, scheduling, and inventory management to support business requirements and growth, showcasing independent thinking and problem-solving abilities. The Customer Solutions Team represents Napoleon by proactively solving customer problems through an unscripted, attentive approach that emphasizes simplicity and efficiency.

The Napoleon research and development department is where the future of grills, fireplaces and HVAC systems become reality. This broad team of technical experts includes software and hardware engineers, specialists and program managers who work on innovative ideas that will become the products of tomorrow in addition to optimizing current products.

We’re more than just numbers. Along with keeping the business running smoothly, our Finance team protects Napoleon’s reputation and well-being. We assess risks, build complex forecasts, evaluate business challenges and models, tackle contract negotiations, and so much more.
