Promotion Terms – 50 Year Promotion

1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the “50 Year Promotion” (the “Promotion”) organized by Wolf Steel Europe B.V. (“Napoleon” or the “Organizer”).
1.2 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.3 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Participants must reside in one of the following countries:
- The Netherlands
- Germany
- Austria
- Poland
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
- France
- Belgium
2.3 Participants may only participate in the Promotion in the country in which they reside.
2.4 Employees of Napoleon, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
2.5 Participation is free of charge.
3. Participation Mechanism
3.1 Participation takes place via registration for the Promotion.
3.2 To participate, individuals must:
- Complete the registration form during the Promotion Period;
- Provide a valid e-mail address;
- Agree to these Promotion Terms and the Privacy Policy;
- Confirm their registration via a double opt-in e-mail confirmation.
3.3 Only fully completed and confirmed registrations will be considered valid entries.
3.4 Each participant may submit a maximum of one (1) entry during the Promotion Period.
4. Promotion Period
4.1 The Promotion runs from week 19 up to and including week 28 of 2026.
4.2 Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 Winners will be selected by means of a random draw from all valid entries.
5.2 The draw will take place in week 29 of 2026.
5.3 Napoleon’s decision regarding the selection of winners is final and binding.
5.4 For Germany, the winners will be selected after the end of the promotion period by random draw from all valid and confirmed entries from Germany. The time of registration during the promotion period does not affect the chances of winning.
6. Prizes
6.1 Per participating country, the following prize packages will be awarded:
- Napoleon BBQ apron + BBQ towel + 50 Year Shield (unique enamel plate)
- Griddle Starter 3-Piece Set + 50 Year Shield
- Napoleon sunglasses + bucket hat + 50 Year Shield
- Whiskey Wood Chips + Stainless Steel Smoker Box + 50 Year Shield

- Premium BBQ 3-Piece Tool Set + 50 Year Shield

6.2 All prizes are awarded per country.
6.3 The 50 Year Shield is available while supplies last.
6.4 Prizes are:
- Personal and non-transferable
- Not exchangeable for cash
- Not exchangeable for other products or services
6.5 Each participant can win a maximum of one (1) prize.
6.6 For Germany, the prizes may also include prizes made available by cooperation partners. The type, number and scope of such partner prizes may vary and are subject to availability.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
7.1 Winners will be notified by e-mail.
7.2 Winners will receive a link to a form where they must provide their personal and delivery details.
7.3 Winners must complete this form within five (5) days of the notification being sent.
7.4 If a winner:
- does not respond within this period; or
- provides incomplete or incorrect information;
the right to the prize will lapse definitively.
7.5 Unclaimed prizes will not be re-awarded.
8. Prize Delivery
8.1 Shipment of prizes is expected to start from week 30 of 2026.
8.2 Shipping costs are borne by Napoleon.
8.3 Napoleon is not responsible for:
- Incorrect address details provided by the winner
- Delays, loss, or damage caused by delivery services
- Uncollected parcels
9. Data Protection and Privacy
9.1 Personal data will be processed for:
- Administration of the Promotion
- Communication with participants and winners
- Delivery of prizes
9.2 Participation in the Promotion does not require consent to receive marketing communications.
9.3 Participants may optionally subscribe to Napoleon’s newsletter by providing separate and explicit consent.
9.4 If consent is given:
- Participants will receive marketing communications
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link
9.5 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Napoleon’s Privacy Policy:

10. Liability
10.1 Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
10.2 Napoleon is not liable for:
- Technical failures or system errors
- Loss of entries
- Delays or issues in delivery
- Any damage resulting from participation or use of prizes
10.3 This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes and Termination
11.1 Napoleon reserves the right to:
- Amend these terms
- Modify or suspend the Promotion
- Terminate the Promotion early
11.2 This will only occur where reasonably necessary, such as:
- Technical issues
- Fraud or abuse
- Force majeure
11.3 No compensation will be provided in such cases.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 These terms are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
