Porcelain Enameled Cast-Iron Plancha

Napoleon’s Porcelain Enameled Cast-Iron Plancha is the perfect marriage of smokiness from the grill with the heat and searing capabilities of a cast iron skillet. Replace the grids of your Rogue®, Prestige® Series, or Prestige® PRO Series grill with this grilling accessory to enjoy even heating, and superior searing as the surface will reach 400°F or higher. The flat surface is easy to clean, with a slightly angled design that directs excess fat away from the food to drain, while a raised lip prevents splatters and spilling. The Porcelain Enameled Cast-Iron Plancha is ideal for restaurant quality seafood meals, steak, and vegetables, the possibilities are endless.
