- 150 gr salami
- 1 pot of roasted peppers, drained and sliced
- 200 gr gr grated cheese
Ingredients:
- A pizza stone
- A pizza scoop - A knife
1. Place the pizza stone on the cold barbecue (note, if you place the pizza stone on a hot barbecue, there is a chance that it will crack due to the heat difference, the pizza stone should gradually heat up with you).
2. Preheat the barbecue together with the pizza stone to 220°C.
3. Drain the roasted paprika and cut it into strips.
4. Work the dough straight from the fridge.
5. Roll out the dough with the baking paper rolled along and brush the dough with crème fraîche.
6. Divide the salami, paprika & 150 gr of the cheese over the flammkuchen dough.
7. Roll up the flammkuchen dough from the long side.
8. Cut the dough into slices 2 - 3 cm wide. Spread the slices, flat side up, on the baking sheet and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
9. Bake the snacks for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
