Sam and Shauna, also known as the ‘First Ladies of Cue’, are renowned BBQ chefs who combine traditional Southern US grill techniques with the best of British ingredients including some special Welsh twists, representing where they are based. Since quitting their London careers in 2012, Sam and Shauna have travelled the US discovering the secrets of the great American barbecue. They went on to open popular BBQ restaurants, host their own TV show for BBC’s ‘Sam & Shauna’s Big Cook Out’ and release their renowned Hang Fire Cook Book with the best of BBQ recipes. This year Sam and Shauna have partnered with Napoleon Grills to produce some new and exclusive BBQ recipes, as well as joining us at CarFest 2023 to host the ‘Big BBQ Cookout with Napoleon Grills’, supporting a range of chefs and demonstrating their grill skills live to foodie fans.
