Donlicate Quesadilla Art

• Tortillawraps (number of your choice)
• Cheesy sausage, for example DONLICATE from ""Der Schwarzwälder"" or another cheesy sausage or fresh mincemeat which you will make of taste with cheese
• rapeseed oil
• Barbecue sauce of your taste
• Herbs as topping"
• Remove the casings from the sausage(s).
• Generously spread the wrap with the sausage mixture (about 1 cm thick).
• Place the wrap with the ""meat side"" on a pre-oiled plancha and fry.
• Fold the wrap in half and grill indirectly at 160-180 degrees for about 3-5 minutes.
• Coat the wrap with a little barbecue sauce to taste and serve with an herb topping.
