œufs, à température ambiante
¾ cup
lait
¾ cup
farine
2 cs
sucre
2 tsp.
extrait de vanille
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
de sel
4 cs
beurre
A rajouter à votre guise:
Sucre en poudre
Sirop d'érable
saucisses
Bacon
Fruits frais
A selection of cheeses
Pommes de terre rissolées
Œufs à la diable ou durs
- Avant de préparer vos pancakes, préparez et faites cuire/frire les autres ingrédients composant votre petit-déjeuner (ou brunch).
- Préchauffez votre barbecue à 210°. Déposez les poêles sur les grilles, à préchauffer également.
- Dans un blender, mélangez les œufs, le lait, la farine, le sucre, la vanille, la cannelle et le sel. Mélangez 15 à 20 secondes.
- En utilisant des gants résistants à la chaleur, enlevez les poêles du barbecue. Ajoutez 2 cc de beurre dans chaque poêle (ou dans une seule grande si vous n’en n’utilisez qu’une).
- Ajoutez le mélange dans les poêles et laissez cuire en chaleur indirecte 20-25 minutes, jusqu’à ce que les pancakes soient gonflés et dorés.
- Servez immédiatement, avec la charcuterie, le fromage, les fruits…
