Yellow Onion, chopped
Yellow Peppers, chopped
Yellow Zucchini, chopped
White Mushrooms, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Barbecue Chicken Seasoning
Chicken Thighs, bone in & skin on
- Preheat the grill to medium-high, around 400°F (200°C).
- Chop the veggies into bite-sized chunks, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Club House La Grille Vegetable Seasoning. Add the veggie mixture to the grill basket. Season the chicken thighs with Club House La Grille Barbecue Chicken Seasoning, on all sides.
- Grill the veggies in the basket and the chicken thighs over direct heat, flipping once or twice. Once veggies are cooked through and starting to char a little, and the chicken is cooked to a temperature of 160°F (71°C), about 15 minutes, remove everything from the grill and enjoy!
